The Client:
Lenovo is an innovative, international technology company formed as a result of the acquisition by the Lenovo Group of the IBM Personal Computing Division. Lenovo's executive headquarters are in Purchase, New York, USA with principal operations in Beijing, China, and Raleigh, North Carolina, USA and an enterprise sales organization worldwide. The company employs more than 19,000 people worldwide.
The Requirement:
Lenovo was looking for an integrated solution, which could help them utilize the enormous database of Prospects & Customers lying with them and to lead their Marketing Campaigns. They also wanted to acquire and manage new prospects / customers through our Custom CRM Software Solutions. Since the CRM Software solution was targeted to be used in different Geographies (ANZ, Asia Pacific, Japan & Korea) that follow different Sales & Customer Acquisition Processes the system had to be designed dynamically with the high scope of scalability.
The Custom CRM Software Solution:
Zed-Axis developed an integrated system that could not only capture & record the customer's interactions, but also helps in designing & executing the Marketing Campaigns for boosting the sales, brand-awareness etc. We incorporated the entire system by streamlining processes to get the desired result in time. Users:
Lenovo Administrator: This is a super- admin who manages the various master driven sections e.g. Creating Sub-Administrators, Managing City/State, Accessing Top Level Reports etc.
Call Center Administrator: The Call Centre Administrator creates the various types of Call Centre Agents (Inbound, Outbound etc.) & Team Leads. He also has access to various important Reports e.g. Weekly Follow-ups, Agents Performance, and AHT etc.
Call Center Agent: Call Center agent depending on his profile (Inbound or Outbound) handles the Customer Queries / Leads and in-turn passes on the qualified leads to the Lenovo Channel Partners.
Marketing Manager: This functionality enables the Marketing Manager’s to manage & execute campaigns, which are further broadcasted to the select customers (Opt-in Customer base) through Email, SMS, Postal Mail & other mediums.
